These terms describe the key conditions attached to the Lustrable founding offer and generated outputs.
Access and fair use
Pro and Business are one-time purchases under the current founding offer. Purchased plans are sold as unlimited for normal use. Fair-use and abuse-protection controls may slow, suspend, or review automated, excessive, harmful, or service-impacting activity.
Generated outputs
Generated results may vary and can include inaccuracies, artifacts, or imperfect text. Review every output before use. Base generations are digital outputs and are not guaranteed to meet a particular printer, platform, or production specification.
Image retention
Generated images, derived versions, Storybook covers, page illustrations, and uploaded references expire 48 hours after creation. Download or export files before expiry. Storybook text and project structure may remain saved after associated images expire.
Commercial use
Commercial use is permitted subject to these Terms and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded material, generated outputs, trademarks, likenesses, and final usage do not infringe another party’s rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lustrable for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.
Service changes
The founding purchase price is a one-time payment. Features, models, limits, and availability may evolve as the product develops, while purchased entitlement is governed by the offer confirmed at checkout.
