Lustrable processes account details, entitlement and allowance records, payment status, support messages, prompts, uploaded source images, and generated outputs as needed to provide the service.
Payments
Checkout is handled by a payment provider. Lustrable receives the transaction and entitlement information needed to confirm access, prevent duplicate fulfillment, support refunds, and maintain payment history.
Generated content
Your gallery is private to your authenticated account. Generated images, derived versions, Storybook covers, and page illustrations expire 48 hours after creation. Download or export anything you want to keep before expiry. Expired files are removed and are no longer available through signed links.
Security and sharing
Access controls are used to separate account data and private images. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed for authentication, payment, generation, storage, support, security, or legal compliance.
